With 2 Lions teams featuring, this Saturday 18th August is going to be a huge day for the Club.   It’s a long time since we last graced the pitch in the big dance, and everyone involved is keen to give it a real shake. 

With more teams then any other Club featuring on Saturday, we’d love to dominate the sideline as well as hopefully on the pitch.  Players, friends, family, sponsors, and supporters are all welcome.  Details of the games, times, and locations are below:

WHEN?

- This coming Saturday 18th August

WHAT TIME?

- There will be footy action from 11:30am sharp, however the Lions will feature in the Conference Grand final (kicking off at 1pm sharp) and also the Premiership Grand Final (kicking off at 3:30pm sharp).

WHERE?

- All AFL London Grand Finals are being played in Wimbledon.  The exact ground address is:   Sir Joseph Hood Park, Marina Avenue, KT3 6NE (please see map below)

HOW TO GET THERE?

- It’s a direct train out of Waterloo, also stopping at Clapham Junction and Wimbledon along the way.  The train stop you want is Motspur Park, and the ground is a short 3 minute walk from the station.  There is a car park at the ground if you drive.  A BBQ and drinks will be available.
